Ekow is the Managing Partner of the firm. He acts as a trusted adviser who works in close partnership with a wide portfolio of clients of all sizes across various sectors delivering a service that far exceeds traditional accounting. He takes a hands-on approach and provides pro-active advice to his clients by developing close, long-standing relationships. This allows him to pre-empt issues within the business and offer timely, relevant, and proactive advice.
Ekow has over 15 years’ experience in the accountancy profession and trained with a top 10 International firm. His professional network stretches across UK and EMEA regions. With a detailed knowledge of the accounting and audit world, Ekow offers clients a real insight into planning opportunities and arears of focus for their business whether is corporate structure, advisory or business planning opportunities.
Ekow earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent, UK, and holds a Master’s degree In International Accounting. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, and The South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), South Africa.
Ekow also holds Fellow Memberships with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK, Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA), UK and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), Australia.

William is a Senior Partner of EDD Chartered Accountants with more than 10 years’ experience as a qualified accountant. He works diligently towards finding solutions that meets the client’s financial and compliance requirements, his friendly and supportive approach has allowed him to build strong relationship with his clients.
Previously William was the Financial Controller for Soroma Capital Limited, a real estate group where he was responsible for the overall financial strategy of the group, overseeing the group’s complex financial reporting structure and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements locally and with its international affiliated partners. He was also responsible for the Groups Tax planning and has been involved in corporate finance transactions within the group.
William trained with Baker Tilly, Ghana, an independent member firm of Baker Tilly International, he rose through the ranks to an Audit Senior through to an assistant Audit Manager where he carried out statutory audit assignments nationwide, managing a diversified portfolio of clients in both the public and private sectors. He also undertook tax planning and advisory work for his clients.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly, William was a University teaching assistant and a lecturer, where he lectured across Academic and Professional Faculties in Accountancy and Corporate Finance.
William holds a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Northampton, UK and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
